time slots marked are currently open photo shoot slots. if you want to book me for a time slot please include the slot number (indicating month, day and the time slot) as well as all the usual detail of who, why, where, etc... i will usually reply within 8-10 hours. location shoots usually require longer time shoot time and can be booked for Friday, Saturday, Sunday. 



The following is very important:



• No shoot will be considered booked unless the booking is requested through this form (even if we agreed through other means) - this will be a record of the shoot date.
• *Once your photoshoot is booked & the booking fee is paid that day & time is held exclusively for you and no other bookings will be made.  Full Payment is expected either prior to or at your photo shoot.

• The Date of Birth field is MANDATORY. if you are booking a photo-shoot and you are even one day younger then 18 at the booked shoot date, you are considered a minor and your parent or guardian will need to provide consent And be present at the shoot. If you state that you are OVER 18, you will need to bring a photo proof of age with you. This is especially important if you are considering lingerie shoot.
